- Take advantage of our mid week rates for
businesses. Rates begin at $89. for
single occupancy

- Breakfast is usually served at 9:00 am, but
arrangements can be made to serve earlier

- Corporate rates apply for employees, customers, trainees, suppliers of businesses and industries as well as ministers of all denominations.

- All rooms are held with a credit card:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx
(on some holidays and festivals,
a 2 night booking is required)

- Check in time is 3:00-6:00 pm
(please call if you are running late,
so we can make arrangements)

- Check out time is 11:00 am

- All guests must be registered

- Smoking is permitted outside of the
house using the containers provided.
Those who do not follow our policy of
no smoking will be charged $150. on
their credit card.

- Accommodations can be made for children
12 years and older

- No child care is provided, however

- Rooms are for single or double
occupancy only

- We regret that we cannot accomodate
any pets

- Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to arrival, otherwise your credit card will charged a processing fee of $25.

- Cancellation for any bookings made on
festival events or whole house bookings
must be made 30 days prior to your stay; otherwise your credit card will be
charged unless we are able to rebook
