Policies of Our Brenham B&B

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • State and local taxes will be added to all room rates.
  • Two night booking is required at our Brenham B&B on major holidays, festivals, and high season weekends.
  • 15 day cancellation notice required prior to arrival date for a refund less $35.00 handling fee. Exceptions (see below).  Cancellation policy applies to rooms and packages, per night.
  • Fall and Spring Round Top Antique Festival EXCEPTION:  Your credit card is charged at the time the reservation is made and it is non-refundable. Round Top Antique Festivals have a non-cancellation policy.
  • Rates and policies of our Brenham B&B are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests.
  • Rooms rates at our Brenham B&B are single or double occupancy. A third person can be added to the Glorious Morning Suite for an additional $75.00 per night .
  • Check in time begins at 3:00 P.M.  If arriving later, please call to make arrangements for self check-in.  If you find a need to check in early or check out late there is a $25.00 fee for the two extra hours.  Make arrangements with your innkeeper ahead of time.
  • Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
  • Breakfast is served at 9:00 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. during Round Top Festivals.
  • Absolutely no smoking inside. It is permitted outside the house using the container, on the front porch.  $500. additional charge for violation.
  • Children 12 years and older are welcome
  • No child care is provided
  • Only registered guests are allowed in Brenham House Bed and Breakfast.
  • No pets
  • We reserve the right to turn away guests in direct violation of our children’s policy, non-registered guests policy and/or pet policy, with no refund.
